If this occurs and they don’t meet the deadline, we’d immediately send a BACK ORDER notification informing them of the next dispatch date and offer them an alternative overnight delivery service.

Our products are stored and shipped from our warehouse to you but sometimes, directly from the manufacturer.

Sometimes, the product ordered might incur an additional freight amount above what is displayed on our website due to its bulky nature but we offer the possibility of cancelling the order instantly after the notification has been sent.

We also offer expedited shipment in cases of urgencies to our clients.

We wish to inform you that your assigned tracking number will not work until your product has been dispatched and the system has been updated. General orders can be tracked after 24 hours of dispatch and should the case arise that your order doesn’t come up in the system, wait for another 4 hours and try again.

Return policy

If the product has not been opened IGMC MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY GROUP is willing to accept all goods returned for exchange for another product of a credit in your account during the first 15 days of your purchase. This policy applies also if the product is defective.

Otherwise under the circumstance that the product hasn’t been opened for healthcare reasons we can not accept any return.
